Digital Cure Media provides customized digital services that require strategy, time, planning, resources, and expert involvement. Therefore, once payment is made and work has begun, refunds are not applicable.

Every project involves upfront planning, research, team allocation, and execution — hence refunds cannot be processed after service initiation.

⭐ 2. No Refund on Digital Services

We do NOT offer refunds for the following services once work has started:

• SEO Services
• Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads
• PPC Campaigns
• Social Media Management
• Marketplace Seller Services (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Listing & Account Optimization
• Website Development & Landing Pages
• Branding & Logo Design
• Creative Services (Graphics, Videos, Animations)
• Political Marketing Services

Once the service is initiated, the payment becomes non-refundable.

⭐ 3. Advertising Budgets (Google, Meta, etc.)

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as:

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Amazon PPC
• Flipkart Ads

are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to the platforms and not to Digital Cure Media. We do not control refund policies of third-party platforms.

⭐ 4. Marketplace Services (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

We do not provide refunds for:

• Listing creation
• Cataloging
• Seller account setup
• Marketplace optimization
• PPC management
• Compliance support
• Account reinstatement services

Approval, verification, or suspension decisions are controlled by marketplace platforms. We cannot guarantee approvals; therefore, refunds cannot be issued for marketplace outcomes.

⭐ 5. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before project initiation:

• A maximum of 50% cancellation fee may be applied based on time invested in consultation, planning, and resources allocated.
• The remaining amount (if applicable) may be refunded within 7–14 working days.

Once work begins, no refund is possible.

⭐ 6. Website Development & Creative Projects

• Initial deposits are non-refundable.
• If the project is canceled midway, the client must pay for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
• Partially completed work will be delivered only after payment for the completed portion is cleared.

⭐ 7. Service Delays Caused by the Client

Refunds will NOT be issued for delays caused by:

• Incomplete information
• Delay in approvals
• Delay in content or materials
• Platform access not provided on time
• Client-side technical issues
• Changes in project requirements

While we strive for high-quality delivery, creative and marketing outcomes are influenced by multiple external factors. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on:

• Personal preferences
• Performance variations
• Marketplace policy changes
• Competition or product quality

Additional charges may apply if the client requests changes to the agreed scope. Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Budget changes
• Internal business decisions
• Switching to another vendor
• Lack of internal resources

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payments are delayed
• Terms & Conditions are violated
• Misconduct or abusive behavior occurs
